Six hours later Calvin, a technical support engineer at Insta360, emailed me back with instructions to send my receipt and serial number, which I did.I am in Canada. What can't I activate this?
One minute later Calvin emailed me back:
And it was a good day. Because my Insta360 Nano worked.The camera is unlocked now, please try it with iPhone again.Hope you have a good day.
Where can I find the serial number ? I can't acces it via the iPhone because the camera is not activated.. Thanks in advance.

After updating to IOS 11 on my iphone 7plus, I am facing problem with my videos which I have edited and export using the Insta360 nano app. The videos were all lagging (buffering).Did you face the same problem?
DeleteDo you mean playback from the SD card or playback when copied to the iPHone? I always copy everything to the iPhone for best playback because I don't trust the SD card playback.
