Activating the Nano

So I had to fix this problem.  First I tweeted:


Then I emailed service@insta360.com:
I am in Canada.  What can't I activate this?
Six hours later Calvin, a technical support engineer at Insta360, emailed me back with instructions to send my receipt and serial number, which I did.

One minute later Calvin emailed me back:
The camera is unlocked now, please try it with iPhone again.
Hope you have a good day.
And it was a good day.  Because my Insta360 Nano worked.

    1. Yes on the back. I just emailed them a picture of the back of the box.

    May I know are you using iphone on IOS11 for your Insta360 nano?

    1. After updating to IOS 11 on my iphone 7plus, I am facing problem with my videos which I have edited and export using the Insta360 nano app. The videos were all lagging (buffering).Did you face the same problem?

    2. Do you mean playback from the SD card or playback when copied to the iPHone? I always copy everything to the iPhone for best playback because I don't trust the SD card playback.
